Southern New Hampshire Health (SNHH) is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to join our expanding Vascular Surgery team. This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with Mass General Vascular Surgeons in a highly collaborative, supportive environment—while enjoying a balanced Monday–Friday schedule with no call and no weekend responsibilities.

Position Overview
As an APRN in our Vascular Surgery department, you will work closely with Mass General Vascular Surgeons and a skilled multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality outpatient vascular care. This role focuses on outpatient procedures, patient evaluations, and ongoing management—offering the chance to build strong patient relationships and grow your vascular expertise in a supportive environment.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for vascular patients
- Assist with and perform outpatient vascular procedures within scope of practice
- Provide pre- and post-operative care, wound care, and follow-up visits
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, nurses, and ancillary team members
- Educate patients and families on vascular conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care
- Participate in case discussions, quality initiatives, and team-based care planning
Qualifications
- Current licensure as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in New Hampshire
- National certification (AANP or ANCC)
- APRNs must be trained and certified as a First Assist
- Experience in vascular, surgical, or acute care preferred
- New graduates with strong clinical rotations are encouraged to apply
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and a passion for collaborative care
