Foundation Medical Partners is seeking an APRN or PA to join our growing Neurology team. This position offers the opportunity to practice a broad scope of neurology in a collaborative and patient-centered environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outpatient evaluation and management of patients with general neurological disorders
- 36 Clinical hours with 4 hours of administrative time
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of neurological conditions, including but not limited to neuropathy, headaches, epilepsy, movement disorders, and neuromuscular conditions
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EPIC the electronic medical record system
- Participating in call rotation as required
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives and continuing medical education
Qualifications:
- APRN or PA
- Eligible for or active New Hampshire state APRN or PA License
- Strong clinical, diagnostic, and communication skills
- Commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork
