Foundation Medical Partners, an affiliate of Southern New Hampshire Health (SNHH) is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Endocrinologist to join our dynamic team in Nashua, NH! This role is an excellent opportunity for a physician who is passionate about providing care in a community setting.

About this position:

  • Full-time (36 clinical hours per week) with flexible scheduling
  • Existing practice with 3 Endocrinologists and 2 Advanced Practice Providers
  • 100% consultative with thyroid ultrasound and radioactive iodine therapy on-site
  • Diabetic educators and nutritionists on-site
  • Fully integrated Epic EMR system
  • Established physician and patient referral base
