About the Job:
Assist provider as necessary; room patients, take vitals, triage patients, call in scripts, and other associated responsibilities.
What You’ll Do:
Carry out the nursing process in person, by telephone (telephone triage), and via telehealth
Participate in designing and implementing a plan of care with the interdisciplinary team including Registered Nurses, Physicians, Physician Assistants, and other health professionals.
Participate in educating patients on self-management activities, medications, nutrition, health, and wellness based on the plan of care designed collaboratively with Provider(s).
Administers prescribed medications, treatments, and vaccines, performing point-of-care testing
Who You Are:
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing required.
Current NH Registered Nursing (RN) or Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) licensure required.
Prior work experience in a healthcare setting required.
Certifications: Current BLS/CPR training.
