About the Job

Foundation Medical Partners is seeking an experienced RN Clinical Educator, Ambulatory to join our Ambulatory Clinical Services team. This role is responsible for coordinating, developing, and delivering educational programs that support the growth, competency, and professional development of clinical staff across our ambulatory practices.

The RN Clinical Educator partners with clinical and operational leaders to enhance patient outcomes, strengthen clinical practice, support onboarding and competency programs, and ensure staff are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to provide exceptional patient care.

What You'll Do

  • Design, implement, and evaluate educational programs for ambulatory clinical staff.
  • Develop and maintain onboarding programs for new clinical hires.
  • Create, update, and evaluate role-specific competency assessments.
  • Deliver continuing education programs focused on clinical skills, patient safety, and best practices.
  • Conduct learning needs assessments and gap analyses to align educational initiatives with organizational and regulatory requirements.
  • Support the implementation of new workflows, services, and clinical protocols.
  • Collaborate with leaders and care teams to promote evidence-based practice and high-quality patient care.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of policies, procedures, and clinical guidelines.
  • Mentor and support staff in their professional development and clinical practice.

Who You Are / Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Current New Hampshire Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Minimum of three years of clinical nursing experience.
  • Experience in clinical education, staff development, or training.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and educational methodologies.
  • Ability to assess learning needs, manage multiple priorities, and work collaboratively across teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Nursing.
  • Certification in Nursing Education (CNE), Ambulatory Care Nursing (ANCC), or Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS).
  • Nursing experience in an ambulatory or outpatient setting.
  • Progressive experience in education or clinical leadership.
  • Experience with Epic EMR.
  • Massachusetts RN license and/or BLS Instructor certification.
