Anchored by Southern New Hampshire Medical Center—a 188-bed, DNV-accredited hospital in downtown Nashua with a Level III-N trauma center, Level II Special Care Nursery, and Magnet® designation for nursing excellence—we offer a full spectrum of services from primary care to advanced diagnostics and specialized treatments.

Our medical staff includes over 500 providers from Foundation Medical Partners, our multi-specialty group spanning 70+ practices across southern New Hampshire and northern Massachusetts. Together, we provide coordinated, patient-centered care to thousands of patients each year.

About the Job:
As a Registered Nurse Ambulatory at our Women’s Care practice, you’ll play a key role in delivering professional, compassionate care tailored to the unique needs of women throughout all stages of life. Working closely with providers and care teams, you’ll support patients with preventive care, reproductive health, pregnancy, postpartum, menopause, and overall wellness. You will deliver safe, evidence-based, patient-centered care both in-person and through telehealth.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide nursing care across the continuum of women’s health—routine exams, prenatal and postpartum visits, contraceptive management, and menopause care.
  • Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and the interdisciplinary team to develop individualized plans of care.
  • Administer vaccines, medications, and treatments; perform point-of-care testing and assist with office procedures.
  • Support prenatal education, breastfeeding guidance, and family planning counseling.
  • Educate patients on self-care, nutrition, medications, reproductive health, and wellness.
  • Document care accurately in the EMR and assist with pre-visit planning.
  • Mentor and support clinical staff, contributing to a collaborative team culture.
  • Respond to urgent or emergent situations following facility guidelines.
  • Maintain licensure, certifications, and required competencies.

Who You Are:

  • Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
  • Current Registered Nurse license in NH (or NLC state/MA) and BLS certification required.
  • 1+ year of professional nursing experience preferred; women’s health or ambulatory care experience strongly preferred.
  • Knowledgeable in nursing principles, EMR systems, and women’s health care models.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and teamwork skills.
  • Compassionate, detail-oriented, and committed to empowering women in their health journey.

Why You’ll Love Us:

  • Health, dental, prescription, and vision coverage for full-time & part-time employees
  • Short-term, long-term disability, life & pet insurance
  • Tuition reimbursement & Nursing Student Loan Paydown Program
  • 403(b) retirement savings plans
  • Continuous earned time accrual
  • & more!
