  • Promote a culture of safety, respect, and excellence

Requirements:

  • Associate degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (Bachelors of Science in a science curriculum preferred)

  • Ability to possess Clinical Laboratory Certification such as ASCP, AAB, or CLS within one year of hire date.

  • A minimum of three-five (3-5) years of experience with increasing responsibility directly related to clinical laboratory required.

  • Familiarity with CLIA regulations, quality control evaluation, proficiency testing requirements and safety requirements.

  • Skill in and ability to operate various clinical laboratory instruments. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated leadership qualities.

  • Possesses written and verbal skills which clearly communicate testing protocols and training for the staff. Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments.
