About the Job

The Clinical Support Analyst performs activities that require comprehensive knowledge of relevant organizational policies, processes, and resources, including but not limited to, assistance with staffing and scheduling and staff competency tracking. Identify and collaborate with others to address opportunities to streamline workflows of delegated functions and create efficiencies among assigned departments.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and maintain ongoing schedule for all staff in designated departments. Collaborate with managers and other designated staff to cover unanticipated needs.
  • Track completion of designated competencies for staff in assigned areas.
  • Support the data management and administrative functions of designated departments.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Who You Are:

  • High School Diploma
    • Associates or Bachelor's Preferred
  • A minimum of five (5) years clerical/administrative experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
  • Proficient experience in MS office & use of related software required
