We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Primary Care Physician Assistant to join our dynamic team at Foundation Medical Partners / Southern NH Health. In this role, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive care to a diverse patient population in Nashua, NH.

  • Collegial practice with solid APP support
  • W2, employed position with Foundation Medical Partners
  • Not-for-Profit, 501(c) Organization
  • 40 Hours – 50% direct patient care work and 50% coordinating and communicating patient care
  • Clinical Affiliate of Massachusetts General Hospital
  • Hybrid Work Schedule – Potential remote options once fully trained
  • Convenient Southern NH/MA Border Location, minutes to the mountains or ocean

Qualifications:

  • Certified Physician Assistant
  • 2+ years of Primary Care experience
  • Strong clinical skills, includingassessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with EPIC EMR preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
