SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST

About the Job:

The Senior Financial Analyst supports the annual budget process for Foundation Medical Partners (FMP), including budget development, monthly spreads, variance analysis, and training. This role also formulates periodic and ad-hoc reports and analysis related to financial data and activity levels across departments.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop the annual operating budget for FMP, collaborating with department heads and analyzing statistical drivers and expenses.

• Provide training and support for budgeting and GL systems to ensure accuracy.

• Conduct statistical reporting and revenue analysis, identifying trends and communicating findings to management.

• Prepare Monthly Operating Reviews (MOR) and respond to related inquiries.

• Assist in compiling financial reports and planning tools to evaluate performance and support decision-making.

• Participate in year-end financial audits and provide ad-hoc reporting.

• Support Finance team members in report development and analysis.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Who You Are / Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field required. Four additional years of relevant experience may substitute for the degree.

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in healthcare financial planning.

• Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and computer skills.

• Preferred Knowledge: Experience with Workday and Adaptive Planning.
