About the Job:
The Senior Financial Analyst supports the annual budget process for Foundation Medical Partners (FMP), including budget development, monthly spreads, variance analysis, and training. This role also formulates periodic and ad-hoc reports and analysis related to financial data and activity levels across departments.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop the annual operating budget for FMP, collaborating with department heads and analyzing statistical drivers and expenses. 
- Provide training and support for budgeting and GL systems to ensure accuracy. 
- Conduct statistical reporting and revenue analysis, identifying trends and communicating findings to management. 
- Prepare Monthly Operating Reviews (MOR) and respond to related inquiries. 
- Assist in compiling financial reports and planning tools to evaluate performance and support decision-making. 
- Participate in year-end financial audits and provide ad-hoc reporting. 
- Support Finance team members in report development and analysis. 
- Perform other duties as assigned. 
Who You Are / Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field required. Four additional years of relevant experience may substitute for the degree. 
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in healthcare financial planning. 
- Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and computer skills. 
- Abilities: 
- Initiative and independence in work. 
- Effective communication. 
- Collaboration across departments. 
- Ability to manage stress and multitask in a dynamic environment. 
 
- Preferred Knowledge: Experience with Workday and Adaptive Planning.
