About the Job:
The Patient Experience Specialist at Southern New Hampshire Health System (SNHH) will lead initiatives to enhance patient, family, and visitor experiences by promoting empathy, responsiveness, and service excellence. Acting as a liaison between patients, staff, and leadership, this role ensures patient voices are heard and concerns are resolved promptly. The Specialist will champion strategies to improve satisfaction, trust, and operational performance, driving continuous improvement and fostering a culture of patient-centered care that strengthens SNHH’s reputation and supports positive outcomes.
What You’ll Do:
- Work collaboratively with department leaders and patient relations teams and formal institutional grievance processes.
- Lead initiatives that directly improve patient satisfaction, experience and engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing and community outreach teams to promote SNHH patient-centered values.
- Promote service excellence principles and effective communication techniques.
Who You Are:
- Bachelors degree in Health Care Administration required
- Masters preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar healthcare setting required
