About the Job:

As a Registered Nurse Ambulatory in our Foundation Nursing Float Pool, you’ll deliver professional nursing care in an outpatient setting. You will work collaboratively with providers and other healthcare professionals to assess, plan, and evaluate care for patients across a variety of ambulatory specialties.

What You’ll Do:

  • Perform nursing assessments, triage (in-person, phone, telehealth), care planning, interventions, and evaluations
  • Administer medications, vaccinations, treatments, and point-of-care testing
  • Educate patients on self-care, chronic disease management, and wellness
  • Support providers during exams and procedures
  • Lead and mentor clinical staff and ensure adherence to safety and infection control protocols
  • Document accurately within the EMR (EPIC) and assist with pre-visit planning
  • Participate in continuous education, including telephone triage and clinical competencies

Who You Are:

  • Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred
  • Active RN license in NH or applicable compact state
  • Current BLS/CPR certification required
  • 1+ year of professional nursing experience preferred; ambulatory care experience a plus
  • Knowledge of EMR systems and nursing protocols; EPIC experience preferred
  • Compassionate, adaptable, detail-oriented, and a team player with strong communication skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced clinical environment and manage competing priorities
